Who can use them ?

All taxpayers subject to personal income tax can take advantage of deductions whether or not resident in Italy.
So not only the owners have the right of access to the facilities but also the holders of real rights / personal enjoyment of property tax ( bare owners , lessees , bailees , members of cooperatives , individual entrepreneurs , individuals who produce the incomes in a partnership ) .
Also the familiar partner of the owner or holder of the property are entitled to tax deductions, provided support expenses and are payable to him transfers and invoices .
